Return and Refund Policy
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items must be resalable by us. Returns must be reported to us in writing via support@faisean-dublin.com. You will send the shipping proof to support@faisean-dublin.com. Without traceable Track & Trace, we cannot issue a refund. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid misunderstandingen. If problems arise during the return and it is not delivered, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Please note: Ensure that the returned items are in good condition and meet all conditions before returning them to us. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Please note: All return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and returns must be sent back to our manufacturer. For the return address, see the return form provided.
The following items are excluded from returns:
- Ordered items for business projects
- Custom-made items
- Items of a personal nature
- Items that cannot be returned due to their nature
- Products such as underwear, lingerie, stockings, and grooming products are excluded from the right of return for hygiene reasons
- Items returned after 30 days
Cancellation Order
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return the product. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order after it has been placed.
Can I hand over the return to the carrier?
No, that is not possible. Follow the steps above to register your return. If you hand it over to the carrier, we cannot process the return.
Return Process in 6 Steps:
- Contact our customer service at support@faisean-dublin.com to register a return. Provide your contact details, order number, and if necessary, photos of defects or damages (these fall under the warranty and do not always need to be returned).
- Download and fill out the return form completely. If any information is missing, we cannot issue a refund.
- Create a shipping label with the address provided in the return form.
- Send the items along with the return form to the return address.
- Send the shipping proof, including Track & Trace, in response to the email where you registered your return.
- We wait until the Track & Trace status shows "delivered." Then you will receive your purchase refund within 5 business days.
Please note: Some returns (1-3%) may incur tax obligations, losses, or other obstacles. In this case, the package will not be delivered as we have no way to pay for or track them. Contact the delivery service after one month for a possible refund of the shipping costs. If your package is insured, you are entitled to a refund of the purchase price.

Shipping Guarantee
If you purchase our shipping insurance, we emphasize that we are not responsible for damages caused by the local delivery service in Ireland, including packaging damages and delivery delays. We, Faisean Dublin, aim for a delivery time of 10-14 business days. Please note that once the delivery service's Track & Trace number indicates that the product has been delivered, the shipping insurance coverage will be canceled.
A verifiable proof is required for lost or stolen goods to receive a refund. For example, the Track & Trace number must prove this or the delivery service. We rely on the accuracy of the Track & Trace number data but cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in this information.
Refusal of Packages
It is very important for customers to be aware of the responsibility associated with accepting orders and collecting products. If a customer decides not to accept a delivery, we are not responsible for the resulting costs and will not refund them.
Non-Pickup of Packages
Also, in the event that a customer does not pick up a product or is absent during multiple delivery attempts, we are not responsible for returns and will not refund the purchase price. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are available during the specified delivery times or take timely steps to pick up their order if necessary.
We advise our customers to pay attention to delivery dates and to track all delivery notifications accurately. By taking an active role in accepting orders, inconveniences and misunderstandings can be avoided.
